CrossWork partner Steve Ogunro completed an investment in Cvent, in its first investment round, and helped complete its overall funding round. Cvent subsequently completed an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange at a value of over $1 billion and was subsequently acquired by Vista Equity Partners at a value of approx. $1.6 billion.
