Midas Pre-IPO Fund
- Fund focuses on acquiring equity interests in 8-20 exceptional pre-IPO componies
- The 2020 cohort within our core strategy had extremely high returns (>50% p.a.) between the last valuation and going public
- Example targets include Impossible Foods, Robinhood, SpaceX, 23andMe, Instacart, Reddit, Houzz and more
- To further enhance retums , we add complementary equity to the portfolio in 10 additional emerging pre-IPO companies

Emerging Pre-IPO Fund
- Fund focuses on acquiring equity interests in up to 30 multi-stage companies that each have the potential ability to reach $1 billion+ in valuation
- Based on our core strategy, if one of the thirty companies reaches a $2 billion valuation, fund returns over 1Ox to investors
- If returns fall below our floor of 15% , we add complementary equity to the portfolio in 10 additional companies
- Fund is able to leverage the power and value add of its team and advisory board to add value to portfolio companies and invest at attractive levels
- Pre-IPO prices are a premium to emerging pre-IPO prices allowing for enhanced returns
